"Helping Kids and Changing Lives", the Noblemen is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia whose mission is to identify and perform Noble Deeds for great local kids who are in need of help. The Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association (HRUHCA) is a forty-year-old, regional, heavy construction trade association operating in the Southeastern “Tidewater” area of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The HRUHCA shall serve as a unified voice for the Utility and Heavy Construction Industry and shall promote communication and education. HRUHCA was formed from the need to have a common organization of construction concerns who could speak for the industry as a whole. They strive to improve the production and performance of underground utilities. MISSION STATEMENT: The Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association shall serve as a unified voice for the Utility and Heavy Construction Industry and shall promote communication and education. The Virginia Beach Youth Service Club was founded in 1971. They are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that raises money for charities benefiting the youth of Hampton Roads. YSC hosts one of the top fundraising events in the city. The organization has donated more than $3 million since their inception in 1971. Long-tenured members are starting to pass the torch to the next generation with the formation of the Junior YSC. Junior YSC targets high school students in grades 9-12. It is designed to teach the teens the importance of giving back to their local community.
